A New View of Philosophy

PHILOSOPHY

philosophy |fəˈläsəfē|
noun ( pl. -phies)
the study of the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence, esp. when considered as an academic discipline.

Let us first clarify some terms, so that we all know what is being said about what? I am OK with calling spoken words and written words used to express something a language, and the idea that we communicate with one another [or a large number do this] using language. But is this all we need to say about communication?

How about the limitation of the brain in communication? How much do you know about this area of study? And how about the faculty of Intuition.... the only way to access the Truth existing as a separate vibrational dimension within oneself? How much do you know about this? Probably not much since this area of study is not currently part of the "academic community".

The primary stumbling block of philosophy is the same word used by Lekh Raj Puri, a mystic from India, in his book entitled: MYSTICISM The Spiritual Path [Bibliography], regarding the “organ of philosophy”, and that word is “intellect”.

And I would expand upon this word just a bit and suggest that it is the Achilles heel of philosophy rather than just a stumbling block. I believe intellect is what keeps philosophers studying each other seeking to find a hole in the reasoning of some historically venerated philosopher that ones own keen intellect can pierce and with great acclaim present to the world “Truth” found within that hole.

The problem is... this hole exists, only the brain cannot enter therein. So all one sees is darkness.

Alas, if I am correct [and I fear that I am], philosophers will be searching for that hole eons hence, since no one shall find Truth using the Intellect. And the reason is the point of my writing at this moment.

You see, to be a truly astute philosopher, I believe one must also be a competent student of both the MIND of Man, and the Spirituality of Man. I say this not because I am a student of the MIND, or that I also study Spirituality.... as close as conscious awareness can come to Spirituality.

I believe this because I also believe Man is composed of two basic, and fundamentally separate parts. One part can be perceived by ones brain, its thinking and ones physical senses. The other part is entirely Esoteric, or composed of vibrational dimensions that cannot be perceived by ones brain, its thinking, or ones physical senses. Two distinct, separate, and entirely different parts. Man is Schizophrenic, in other words, and hardly anyone realizes this. And when some do.... they misidentify it as an "illness".

Does this seem unlikely given how closely Man has been studied over the last many hundreds and thousands of years? It is unlikely if one “thinks” about Life [capital “L” Life] as being the same as that which the brain can see and think about. However, what if what the brain can see and think about is an “illusion” of life that only appears real.... and there is another Reality of Life that only the Esoteric dimensions of Man can perceive and respond to?

If this division exists, is Real in an Absolute sense, and there is only one thing that can bridge this separation... if that thing is not intellect, how would intellect perceive this “thing”?

And, remember, intellect utilizes the brain and its thinking... which is physical. What if that which forms the second part of Man is not capable of being perceived by physical means? Are we then hopelessly separate from Truth forever... or, is there a faculty of Man that has been ignored since the time of Gnosticism?

And philosophy, along with much of science and education limits the study of Man, and of Life to that which the brain can perceive, think about, argue about, measure and weigh.... but we must ask ourselves this question: Can the brain even perceive the Esoteric dimensions of Man? If our physical senses can, then why do we have "abstract words" that point to what our physical senses cannot perceive?

While considering these crucial questions, I have another to ask: What if Truth is not a theory, but is an Absolute Fact, however... Man becomes aware of the fact of Truth in relative bits in reverse ratio to intellectualism. As difficult as this is to hear [if one is an intellectual]... the more one depends upon ones intellect to discover the Truth, the less likely it is that one will discover the head waters of Truth, but something less; Something more ordinary; Something the brain can both perceive and think about, which are relative truths. Truth, as an Absolute, will await the time one can abandon ones intellect in favor of Intuition.

What some refer to as “theories” are then bits of awareness of Truth, but only partial bits of a larger whole. Each bit building upon other bits and this process then increases ones awareness of Truth slowly, rather than an either - or situation?

There is such a thing as Absolute Truth, but it is not available to Man until Man is “ready” to receive this Truth.... which is just another name for Spirituality, or Reality. Truth as manifested in the Creation is “relative” truth. What the brain can perceive is relative truth, or aspects of Truth that are stepped down to conform to the plane upon which they manifest. Relative truths change, and this causes some to believe they are not Truth. And, in fact they are not.

They are bits of Truth that are less than Absolute, but still possess some of the energy of Truth. Axioms are bits of truth that hold true on this physical plane. On other planes of existence these axioms do not apply since the other planes of Creation have their own realities and demand higher relative truths.

This would account for the fact, as Lekh Raj Puri says in his book: “Intellect at best gives us theories, and theories change from time to time.”

My contention is this: The brain, being physical, is capable of thinking about phenomena only to a point at which the forms of things remain physical. The exception being when we use “abstract terms” to “stand for” what we cannot perceive [Soul, God, MIND, and Truth of course are among the most common].

When the energy of a thing changes from physical to another form of matter, our brain ceases to perceive the new form of the same energy, and rather than admit that our physical senses are flawed, or limited...we either give this new form an abstract label, which we then imagine possessing a reality because we have labeled it [the arrogance and delusional nature of the MIND (ego) of Man], and our MINDs support us in this delusional activity in order to keep us fooled into believing that we “know” something we do not actually Know [from our own experience].

How many intellectuals speak eloquently of God and what they imagine God has done by way of the Creation.... when in fact these great intellects have not actually met God. Nor have they spoken to God to verify what they “think” God has done, or not done with Creation? And how arrogant is it to imagine one can view the Reality behind the Creation by viewing it through physical lenses? Or than ones thinking will make whatever it is, knell down before Man and roll over like a dog.

The mystic individual differs from the normal individual with intellectualism in that the mystic draws his or her Knowledge from “within” him/herself, as opposed to acquiring information externally in hopes that copious amounts of information will somehow equal Knowledge. That is, the mystic awakens to the Knowledge already existing within him/herself.... that the brain can neither think about, nor perceive.

What makes considering the Truth difficult is not knowing what the Truth is, of course, but equally confusing the issue is how many smart people are unaware of what Life is? How it operates? And what the Purpose of Life is? Were you aware that this physical plane is the only dimension of four in Creation where the brain and thinking exist?

How does one use ones brain and its thinking to pursue a Truth that does not exist on a level ones brain can perceive? This is the question of the day relative to the study of philosophy? As long as philosophy insists on remaining an activity of the brain and thinking, I’m afraid the field of philosophy is like a study of the horse and carriage in a time when there are no carriages. If philosophy refuses to expand itself beyond the brain and thinking, it prevents those in the field from moving beyond the Absolute limitation of the brain. Perhaps it is not a question of Truth changing or not changing, but rather Man who refuses to change thinking about Truth that needs to change?

Philosophy is an excellent field for those individuals who are incapable of awakening to the Esoteric dimensions existing within themselves. And this number will always be the majority of people on Earth.... except during the Golden Age of Man, which is supposedly commencing December 21, 2012, according to the Mayan calendar, and many prophets throughout history.

During the Golden Age of Man, the Earth will resonate to the vibrational energy of Spirituality, which is as close to Reality and Truth as Man will ever get. I personally believe we presently existing on Earth will either be removed [if we do not possess the proper resonance within ourselves] or if we possess this resonance, we will marvel at the changes of this Earth, and the fact that the only people left on Earth will be those who are in active search of Truth, Reality and Spirituality via Intuition.... not thinking.

So, this short [in philosophical terms] piece, presents my view that philosophy is a relic of the past that began when intellectuals failed to comprehend the mysticism of Plato and Aristotle, and began limiting themselves to what their brains could think about..... and this subtle denial of Reality by Intellectualism, began a tradition that has continued to the present. Today the ritual of thinking in philosophy has brought Intellectualism to a position of dominance in the West, and what has been lost are three-fourths of the Reality of Life that exist simultaneously with this physical plane... but remain unseen by the "Thinkers" among us. Intellectualism and the negativity of Man have reached a peak. And everything taking place in the world, and in particular America, is explained as simple manifestations of this natural "condition" of Man in which the Esoteric dimensions of Man are denied, ignored, and even mocked..... in non-conscious response to the vibrational orientation demanded by the natural rotation of the Iron Age of Man upon those vulnerable to their MINDs. And those Souls that have not as yet ascended the Ladder of Life sufficiently to possess the Consciousness required to resist the siren songs of the MIND which are greed, envy and avarice, are all unknowingly awaiting their exist from this physical plane, or play. December 21, 2012 will be some kind of day to remember... and perhaps three such days, if the Mayan elder, Don Jose is correct?
If curious.... try this.

Welcome to a level of Reality on Earth that has not been seen for over 26,000 years.
